International Gospel Summit  Liverpool International Gospel Summit
Anfield, usually the Mecca of football fans will become the centre of the Gospel Music world on Saturday June 7th. Gospel Artistes and professionals from Africa to the USA are gathering for the International Gospel Arts Partnership Summit at Anfield’s Liverpool Lighthouse.

Delegates will meet to hear about the upward surge of gospel music in different parts of the world, forge new links, showcase new talent, explore the theme of partnership and learn about current developments in the industry. 

Festival consultant, Roy Francis said “The summit pulls together important and inspirational figures from the music industry for a day of discussions, networking and sharing ideas. We’re delighted to have Michael Coleman founder and President of Integrity Music USA , Noel Robinson UK worship leader, Karen Gibson- leader of Kingdom Choir among others, all offering insights into current industry developments and good practices with gospel music. Delegates will get to learn directly from the best as well as from each other.”

 

People within the industry and those wishing to break in will have the opportunity to attend workshops, a speed networking session, and a showcase concert in the evening. 

 

“This conference is a real tangible chance for delegates to learn how they can harness the power of working in partnership with others. We’ll discuss what is happening in other regions and what is working well elsewhere,” said Dr Tani Omideyi of Liverpool Lighthouse, a dedicated gospel arts centre.
